NESTE REALTY GROUP ALREADY TOPS $1 MILLION IN SALES IN 2007

Neste Realty Group brought another buyer to Hilton Head Island, this time in Palmetto Hall Plantation.  The property was only on the market for 4 days and all signs are pointed toward a busy 2007.  "It seems that with the Fed keeping rates the same, buyers are not as hesitant to pull the trigger", said Richard Neste, REALTOR and Partner with Neste Realty Group.  "I think the market will start to act similar to the real estate boom in 2004.  The real estate market is a cycle and things are looking positive in the months to come."
