Hampton Lake is located in Bluffton, South Carolina and is 10 minutes to the Hilton Head Island bridge.  Hampton Lake is the area's only private lake community. The community features a 165-acre freshwater lake that includes 7 miles of navigable waterways and 15 miles of shoreline.

There is approximately 345 surrounding acres of nature preserve, which together with the lake, create over 500 acres of open space and nature-friendly environment.
